Returns

• Returns are accepted within 5 working days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging.
• Acceptance is subject to evaluation by our curatorial team.
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.

Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours if not shipped.
• A 5% processing fee applies to all cancellations.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
